- Wi-Fi THB 50/day or THB 300/month.
- First parking space free; additional vehicle THB 500/month; visitor vehicle THB 100/night.
- Lockout service: THB 100 per occasion.
- Move-out cleaning: THB 500.
- No drilling, nails or adhesive tape on floors or walls. Nail/tape damage: THB 200 per point.
